This is largely owing to the company’s ability to value engineer a solution through its high level of internal expertise, it’s strong supplier relationships, and it’s buying power brought about by its ongoing substantial demand for materials. At the end of the day, the tenant comes first – all our efforts and associations and relationships exist to give the tenant the best deal they could hope to find. It is this mindset, that has enabled us to service the numerous long-term leases we currently enjoy.

Since then, we acquired a significant number of buildings on a national geographic footprint in major centres of South Africa.
